How pricing works
Request an assessment-based quotation. Device count, equipment condition, locations, service frequency and support hours determine the final scope and fee.
From first assessment to service history
We start with your equipment list and current concerns. Next, we agree the maintenance tasks, visit arrangements and fault-reporting process. Each completed job can be recorded against the relevant equipment, making repeat issues and future replacement needs easier to review.
Know what is included before you start
Your written quotation defines covered equipment, support hours, included visits and any response targets. Replacement parts, consumables, batteries, transport and major repairs are separately chargeable unless explicitly included. Further repairs may be charged upon inspection, subject to your approval.
Onsite service coverage and equipment availability are confirmed for your location. Monitoring is limited to compatible equipment and is included only where agreed.
Combine this with your wider hardware support
Use this service on its own or combine it with other Richcom managed IT hardware services. A shared equipment register and maintenance schedule can help coordinate care across your business.
Request your quotation
Share your business name, site locations, equipment make and model, approximate quantities and preferred support hours. Include details of any recurring faults so the initial assessment can focus on your priorities.
