The Anneal (Taiwan) MOCA-200 is a 20-user IP PBX system supporting 10 concurrent calls and 1 FXO + 1 FXS. A 10/100Mbps Ethernet port and multilevel IVR support centralised office call handling.

Product Information

The Anneal MOCA-200 is an IP communication system for organisations that need central telephone call handling. Its stated capacity of 20 registered users and 10 simultaneous calls helps size the system for the intended office workload.

The unit combines a 10/100Mbps Ethernet connection with 1 FXO interfaces for external analog lines and 1 FXS interfaces for compatible analog endpoints. Multilevel IVR supports an automated menu for directing incoming calls to the appropriate destination.
