Product Information
SA520-K9 is the non-wireless member of the Cisco SA 500 security-appliance family. It combines Gigabit Ethernet interfaces, a stateful firewall and VPN capabilities. Manufacturer test figures of 200Mbps firewall and 65Mbps encrypted VPN throughput are laboratory maxima; deployed performance depends on configuration and traffic.
The configurable sixth Ethernet port can serve LAN, WAN or DMZ duties. Historical SSL VPN expansion, IPS and ProtectLink services require the appropriate license and service support, and this listing does not promise current subscription availability or security updates. Confirm the intended legacy deployment, licenses and accessories before installation. Power is supplied through the appliance’s internal AC power supply.
