The Level One (Germany) GVT-2013 is a Gigabit PoE+ media converter featuring 1 × 10/100/1000Mbps PoE+ RJ45 port and 1 × 1000BASE-SX multimode SC port. It delivers up to 30W PoE output and 500m fiber reach at 850nm, with IEEE 802.3af/at PSE output, 9KB jumbo frames, store-and-forward operation, link indicators and an included power supply.

GVT-2013 bridges an 850nm multimode SC fiber link to a copper Gigabit PoE+ connection. It is intended for a powered device such as a compatible camera or access point at the copper end. The optical link supports up to 500m when the fiber and remote optics meet the required conditions.

The current version 2 listing specifies a 52V DC, 1.25A input adapter and a 30W PoE output budget. Provide local power to the converter using the listed supply; do not assume it can operate as a PoE-powered device because the page contains a conflicting generic PD statement.
