Product Information
The Level One POI-3004 combines Gigabit Ethernet data from a conventional network switch with IEEE 802.3af/at PoE power for one compatible powered device, such as a network camera or wireless access point. Its 30 W maximum output makes it suitable only where the connected device accepts the injector’s PoE standard and stays within the power budget. A separate compatible PoE splitter is required to power a device that does not accept PoE directly. The unit supports installation at a distance of up to 100 m and can be wall mounted. The manufacturer lists the injector, quick installation guide and power cord in the package; do not assume that a separate splitter or Ethernet cable is supplied.
