The PLANET (Taiwan) ISW-511 is a 5-port industrial fast ethernet multimode fiber switch featuring 4 × 10/100Mbps RJ45 ports and 1 × 100BASE-FX multimode SC fiber ports. It delivers 1Gbps switching capacity, with 2K MAC entries, 1M-bit buffer, flow control, redundant DC power and a fault relay.

Product Information

ISW-511 is an unmanaged industrial Fast Ethernet switch with fixed multimode SC optics. Its 1 fiber port operate at 100Mbps with 1310nm optics over a documented distance of up to 2km. The optical interface is fixed; it is not an interchangeable SFP slot.

This listing covers the exact ISW-511 variant. Its multimode interface and −10–60°C operating range must be distinguished from the S15 single-mode and T temperature variants. Provide 12–48V DC power, and match fiber type, connector and the remote optical interface. The switch has no PoE output and uses up to 9.1W as documented.
