Product Information
IFGS-620TF links Fast Ethernet field devices to Gigabit SFP uplinks in industrial cabinets. It is an unmanaged switch, with a hardware choice between ordinary switching and a simple ring of up to eight compatible units. The manufacturer specifies recovery as fast as 1ms under suitable conditions; cable length and topology affect the result.
The copper ports are 10/100Mbps, while the fiber slots run at Gigabit speed. Select compatible SFP modules for the required fiber type and distance. Power requires a suitable 9–48V DC or 24V AC source; the package does not list a power supply. PoE output is not provided by this non-PoE model.
