Product Information
EP-4203DL provides gigabit ethernet connectivity through a notebook’s 32-bit CardBus slot. Its single RJ45 port supports 10/100/1000Mbps and full-duplex operation with compatible network equipment. The adapter is useful when maintaining a notebook that needs a dedicated wired connection to a local network.
The host must have a CardBus-compatible PCMCIA Type II slot; a physically similar unsupported slot is insufficient. The manufacturer lists Windows 98SE/2000/XP/Vista and Linux, subject to the appropriate historical driver. The package documentation includes a driver/setup CD. Its 43g verified product weight is recorded as 0.043kg in the shipping field.
