The Level One (Germany) POS-3000 is a Gigabit PoE+ splitter featuring 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet with separate DC power output. It delivers selectable 5V/3.5A, 12V/2A or 18V/1A DC output, with IEEE 802.3af/at input support, adjustable output, interchangeable DC tips and short-circuit protection.

Product Information

POS-3000 separates an incoming PoE connection into Ethernet data and a selected DC output for non-PoE equipment. It can serve a compatible camera, access point or other network device in a location where a local socket is inconvenient. The DIP switch selects the voltage, while the current limit differs for each setting.

Before connection, check the device voltage, current demand, connector size and polarity. Use a compatible IEEE 802.3af/at PSE upstream; the available output also depends on the source and cable. The PoE switch or injector is a separate network component. These specifications and the selected photo correspond to the current version 4 listing.
