Product Information

The 1TB Lexar NM620 is an internal NVMe SSD for compatible desktop and laptop upgrades. The M.2 2280 board connects directly to a supported PCIe NVMe slot, making it a practical option for an operating-system drive or additional application and file storage. Its 3D TLC flash and LDPC error correction support routine computing and storage workloads.

Check the computer’s M.2 length, NVMe support and BIOS requirements before purchase; a SATA-only M.2 slot is not sufficient. Back up existing data before replacing or formatting a drive. Manufacturer NM620 documentation has changed between hardware revisions, so this listing omits conflicting revision-dependent peak speeds, thickness and weight.
